Batching Plant Operator

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading aggregates, sand and cement into storage bins or conveyors
• Support the Batching Plant Operator in monitoring material levels and refilling when required
• Help during concrete batching operations by preparing materials and tools
• Ensure proper flow of raw materials to maintain consistent production
• Assist in checking basic equipment conditions (conveyors, mixers, hoppers). Report any malfunction, unusual sound, or damage to the operator or foreman.
• Help in basic lubrication or greasing tasks when instructed.
