As a Batcher/Plant Operator based at our Bega plant, you will be at the heart of our concrete production processes, ensuring that our plant runs smoothly and efficiently. Depending on your skills and experience, you’ll conduct a range of activities including operating fixed and mobile plant, batch concrete to order, monitor production metrics, cleaning and yard duties, and be an effective member of the team, identifying and resolving any issues that arise in a dynamic work environment.
Individuals with experience in concrete batching, operating front end loaders, operating forklifts and working within a safety critical environment are encouraged to apply.
