In accordance with policies, procedures, and standards of Baker J Co., Under the direct supervision of the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor, the Barista is responsible in preparing beverages, mis-en-place, service, and maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets. Ensures smooth operations of the sections appointed in the Food & Beverage Division and customer satisfaction.
- Beverage Preparation: A bartender should have expert knowledge in preparing various types of cocktails and other beverages using different methods and equipment.
- Beverage Presentation: They should be able to present beverages attractively, creating decorative touches to enhance the overall visual appeal.
- Equipment Maintenance: They should be knowledgeable about equipment maintenance, cleaning and maintaining beverage equipment, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
