Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of guest service in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and serve classic cocktails and high-volume beverage orders with accuracy and speed.
- Demonstrate knowledge of spirits and drink menus to assist guests and upsell when appropriate.
- Ensure proper cash handling and point-of-sale operations as required.
Qualifications
- Valid ProServe Certificate required
- 2-5 years of previous food service, bartending or restaurant experience required
