Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following company recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, equipment, and dining area.
- Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Follow company policies on food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a café or food service setting is an advantage.
