Main Duties
- Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders accurately, and answer questions about the menu.
- Drink Preparation: Make coffee, tea, and other beverages following the shop’s recipes.
- Cashiering: Handle cash and digital payments (like GCash or credit cards) and issue receipts.
- Cleaning: Keep the counter, machines, and dining area clean and organized.
- Inventory: Help monitor stock levels like milk, beans, and cups, and restock when needed.
