Job Description
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment.
- Train new staff on coffee preparation and customer service protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
