As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages while ensuring excellent customer service. No prior experience is required—we provide complete training to help you succeed in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to company standards
- Operate coffee-making equipment (after training)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and dining area
- Handle cash and process customer transactions accurately
- Follow company policies, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Work as part of a team to deliver excellent service
