A barista prepares and serves high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include operating espresso machines, maintaining a clean, sanitary workspace, handling cash/POS transactions, and educating customers on menu items. They often manage inventory and perform equipment maintenance.
