Barista & Guest Experience Specialist

Accor in Dubai is seeking a Barista to prepare and serve coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques. You will maintain inventory of supplies and operate espresso machines, grinders, and blenders while delivering courteous, professional service aligned with Accor standards.

The role requires flexibility to rotate within Food & Beverage or other departments as assigned, adherence to SOPs, and a strong knowledge of menu items with upselling opportunities.
