Responsibilities
- As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You’ll be the face of the coffee shop, engaging with customers and contributing to a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in food service (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (e.g., latte art) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30 pounds.
