Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including specialty drinks, according to company recipes.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment.
Customer Service:
- Greet customers and take orders accurately.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Experience and Skills:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required (on-the-job training may be provided).
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
