Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company recipes
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and seating area
- Restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Suggest menu items and upsell products to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role (preferred)
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art (a plus)
