Duties include taking orders, preparing and serving espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods (espresso machines, pour-over, etc.)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with latte art
- Knowledge of different coffee origins and roasting profiles
