Barista

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
• Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist in restocking and inventory management
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous experience as a barista or in food service (a plus)
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
