Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or college-level education in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience as a barista or in food & beverage service is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.)
- Willingness to learn and follow company standards and recipes
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
