Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, work area, and dining space.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; report low stocks.
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support café promotions, new products, and seasonal offerings.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as assigned.
