Key Duties & Responsibilities
- 1.1.1 To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards.
- 1.1.2 To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes.
- 1.1.3 To be able to up sell each time with each customer.
- 1.1.4 To provide high personalized standard of quality and efficient / friendly service.
