Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Evaluate daily operations, acting as floor manager when needed
- Monitor staff performance, ensure that cleanliness and service standards are being maintained
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Set staff work schedules
- Supervise staff while maintaining a respectful working environment in which all feel comfortable, safe, motivated and challenged
- Train staff to ensure bar is always stocked
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Organize and maintain inventory, call in weekly orders, maintain relationships with all our key suppliers
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed along with promotion of responsible beverage service
