Bar Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plans for special events and liaises with Marcom to provide input on marketing, including social media and other forms of publicity

2. Coordinates with Culinary, Catering Sales and other F&B Service Teams to ensure maximum productivity for the Bar

3. Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies in order to creates drinks & food menus

4. Reviews menu pricing based on market tread and cost factors

5. Maintains inventory & ensures Bar is well stocked and clean

6. Monitors beverage and food costs ensures meeting budget and produces positive P&L

7. Responsible for Bar's cleanliness and equipment in good working condition

8. Works with HR for all staff hires, training, promotion, grievance and disciplinary action.
