JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plans for special events and liaises with Marcom to provide input on marketing, including social media and other forms of publicity
Coordinates with Culinary, Catering Sales and other F&B Service Teams to ensure maximum productivity for the Bar
Selects and purchases liquor and other supplies in order to creates drinks & food menus
Reviews menu pricing based on market tread and cost factors
Maintains inventory & ensures Bar is well stocked and clean
Monitors beverage and food costs ensures meeting budget and produces positive P&L
Responsible for Bar's cleanliness and equipment in good working condition
Works with HR for all staff hires, training, promotion, grievance and disciplinary action.
