This individual leads the team of bartenders, fosters a creative environment for the development of new cocktails, conducts training and follow-up for new team members, and oversees compliance with operational, hygiene, and safety procedures. Additionally, the Bar Supervisor acts as a liaison between the team and management, supports special events, and actively participates in service whenever needed.
