Banking Operations Analysts – Madrid (on-site)

You will

• Review and investigate customer‑initiated card disputes (unauthorized and authorized)
• File Card Disputes with MasterCard
• Have the opportunity to learn MasterCard chargeback scheme
• Be in close contact with internal and external stakeholders to provide our customers with the best possible experience when it comes to a claim on the account
• Coordinate queries submitted by other banks, creditworthiness checks and also information within the framework of the general data protection regulation
