Role Description

The Banking Officer is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Shikarpur, responsible for providing financial services to community members in line with SRSO’s poverty alleviation and empowerment objectives. Day‑to‑day tasks include assessing and processing loan applications, maintaining accurate financial records, and monitoring loan repayment and portfolio quality. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering guidance on appropriate financial products, and ensuring timely and courteous customer service at the branch or field locations. The Banking Officer will collaborate with community organizations and SRSO teams to support financial inclusion initiatives, conduct outreach and information sessions, and promote responsible borrowing and savings.
