Banking App Production Support Specialist (ITIL SLA)

Astek Iberia is seeking an Application Production Support professional to ensure system stability and improvement of critical banking systems. The role involves production support, application maintenance, and managing user requests in a dynamic banking environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in application support, strong knowledge of SQL and Oracle, and familiarity with ITIL methodologies.

This position requires the ability to work onsite one day a week in Madrid.
