Position Overview
Banking Advisor – Client Contact Centre (On‑Site, Montreal)
Compensation
The annual salary starts at $61 200 . The salary and level may be reviewed based on experience and expertise.
Work Schedule
Monday–Thursday 9 am to 5 pm (minimum one evening per week 12 pm to 8 pm), Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Saturday 9 am to 5 pm on rotation, based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage client appointments and be attentive to their needs.
- Advise professional clients and recommend appropriate financial solutions for investment, personal financing, custom insurance and estate planning.
- Support clients through mortgage renewal or renegotiation.
- Ensure client satisfaction, engagement and loyalty.
- Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
