Banamex Community Development Sr Manager - C13

**Responsibilities**:- Create and deepen a portfolio of local relationships and community development organizations that position Citi as an innovator in Financial Inclusion and Community Development.
- Management and ownership of contribution and grant budget to develop innovative solutions in Citi's priority areas- Participate in and support Citi's regulatory obligations by working towards achieving an Outstanding rating via fulfillment of annual performance targets, fulfilling commitments and providing performance context.
- Participate and coordinate in qualified activities that include delivery of financial capability activities with non-profits & schools and positioning of Senior Management on nonprofit boards.
- Assess reputational risk to the franchise and work with Government Relations, National Initiatives Team, and respective Citi businesses to devise appropriate solutions.
