Bakery R&D Technologist (Hands-on Baking)

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Bakery R&D Professional in Singapore to conduct bakery trials and independently bake bread, cakes, cookies, crackers, and more. You will support formulation trials and product optimization while collecting data and preparing basic reports.

The role requires a minimum degree in Food Science or related field, at least 3 years in food R&D or bakery settings, and hands-on baking experience. Experience in commercial bakery or food manufacturing is preferred.
