Efficiently producing large quantities of bakery products daily. Primary production processes include panning up dough, shaping/scoring dough, proofing, baking, topping, sheeting, and frying donuts, pastries, and breads. Primary packaging processes include panning up finished products by store category, packaging retail packs, boxes, printing labels, etc.
