Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Baker with 3–5 years of experience in French artisanal baking to join our team. You will work directly under the Chef/Owner to produce high-quality breads, viennoiserie, and pastries with consistency and care.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake French breads, pastries, and viennoiserie to bakery standards.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Manage ingredient preparation and inventory as needed.
- Assist in developing seasonal or specialty items.
- 3–5 years’ experience in French artisanal baking.
- Strong knowledge of traditional French techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work full-time, including early mornings.
