COBS Bread is looking for enthusiastic Bakers to lead our freshness efforts. No prior baking experience is necessary, but a great attitude and readiness to learn are essential. You will work alongside a small team to ensure each product is baked to perfection and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bake delicious bread and other treats daily
• Keep the bakery clean and organized for customers
• Read and follow production schedules and recipes
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake dough effectively
• Uphold quality standards for all baked goods
Requirements:
• Early risers with strong teamwork skills
• Good organizational skills and a positive outlook
• Ability to lift and carry up to 22 kg
• Commitment to baking excellence and team success
