DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Baking
- Measure, mix, and prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and glazes according to recipes and timelines.
- Bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other items in line with quality and presentation standards.
- Monitor baking processes and adjust ovens or equipment as needed.
- Store ingredients and finished goods properly to maintain freshness.
