Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked items
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistent product quality;
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the working area;
- Monitor inventory and ensure ingredients are properly stored;
- Assist in product development;
- Must be with basic experience in baking particularly in bread and pastry;
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules;
- Check products for quality and identify damaged or expired goods;
- Operate cooking, baking, or other preparation of equipment;
- Measure or weigh flour or other ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or icings, using scales or graduated containers;
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work areas.
