Job Description
- A Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods according to established recipes and standards. This includes a variety of tasks, from preparing dough and mixing ingredients to baking and decorating.
- * High School Diploma or equivalent.
- * Formal baking education or culinary school training preferred.
- * 1-2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen.
- * Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.
- * Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
- * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
