Job Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, and assist with ordering as needed to maintain stock.
- Proven experience in baking, with knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work early hours, as well as attention to detail and precision in measurements and preparation.
- Strong organizational skills, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
