Baffinland Shiploading Supervisor Position

Take charge as a Shiploading Supervisor at Baffinland, where you will ensure safety and operational excellence at our Milne Inlet site. Lead daily ship loading and stockpile management to achieve production goals.
As a Stockpile and Shiploading Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of ore stacking, inventory, and ship loading. With a focus on safety, you will mentor teams and handle social issues as they arise. This role requires collaboration with peers to ensure efficient production and maintenance during both shipping season and downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
