Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Veeam Backup Administrator to join our Infrastructure Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Veeam Backup & Replication, enterprise backup environments, troubleshooting complex backup issues, and providing L2/L3 support. The candidate should be capable of performing root cause analysis, managing backup infrastructure, handling escalations, and ensuring high availability and reliability of backup solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and support enterprise backup environments using Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Provide L2/L3 support for backup and recovery operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backup failures, restore issues, and infrastructure-related incidents.
