Backhoe Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe equipment to excavate and move materials, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on backhoe machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to determine excavation needs and implement effective strategies for completion.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication on projects.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other transport vehicles, safely managing heavy loads with the backhoe.

Job Requirements

• Vocational course certification
• With TESDA NC II Certification on Heavy Equipment Operation - Backhoe Loader
• Valid professional driver's license with appropriate restrictions
