Key Responsibilities: Backhoe Operator
- Operate backhoe and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently for excavation and loading tasks.
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.
- Excavate, grade, and move earth or materials according to project specifications.
- Follow site plans, safety rules, and instructions from supervisors.
- Perform minor maintenance or adjustments on equipment as needed.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and report any mechanical issues promptly.
