Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee relations cases, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Advise leaders on employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and HR procedures.

- Partner with stakeholders to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with a focus on Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering.
