Backend Tech Lead - Architecture & Impact

Optiml AG is seeking a Tech Lead (Backend Focus) to strengthen our backend and data architecture as we scale across Europe and the US. You will both lead technically and contribute hands-on, mentoring engineers and guiding system design with product teams.

A strong emphasis on performance, scalability, and pragmatic engineering will define success. You will work from our Zurich HQ on a regular hybrid basis, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact backend capabilities and data
