• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend services supporting rednote's international business
• Build and optimize distributed systems handling large-scale traffic and data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, infrastructure) to deliver reliable and compliant solutions
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and technical decision-making
• Drive engineering excellence through best practices in testing, monitoring, and incident response
