Who are we?
MiMIAT Health is a patient-owned unified longitudinal record that enables data continuity and makes disease evolution visible across fragmented care settings for multidisciplinary teams managing hard‑to‑diagnose diseases.
Our first live module focuses on gastrointestinal health, and we are already working across healthcare and institutional environments, with recognition from AstraZeneca ACCIÓN, Google Startups for Sustainable Development, NVIDIA Inception, and ESADE eWorks.
Our mission? To give patients back control, reduce delays in care, and make chronic disease management more dignified, inclusive, and data‑driven.
