Backend Developer (6-Month Contract) — Build APIs

Visa Hunt is seeking a backend engineer to design and develop scalable services using Python and/or Java with exposure to React. You will implement RESTful APIs, optimise database access layers, and ensure performance, security, and reliability across services.

You will collaborate on frontend integration, participate in code reviews, and contribute to documentation, testing, and deployments to stabilise post go-live systems. A 2+ year background in backend development is preferred.
