- Analyze and interpret documentation carefully to validate and process claims effectively.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
- Utilize office tools and document management systems to organize, track, and process claims efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service, **highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,**:
- **Proficient in both English and Spanish.

You must be available to work a Monday to Friday schedule.
