**:**Back Office Representative - Confie Tijuana****Responsibilities**:- Foster strong client relationships with timely, focused communication, with **no calls during key moments.
**:- ** Manage and update** new claims for various commercial coverages in Alliant's system.
- ** Process and set up new claims** for commercial lines.
- ** Ensure client records** are accurate and up to date.
**Requirements**:- Proven experience in customer service, **highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,**:- ** Proficient in both English and Spanish.
(B2 or higher)**:- ** Strong skills in Microsoft Office**(Excel, Word, Outlook) and office software.You must be available to work a Monday to Friday schedule.You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
