Key Responsibilities:


Manage documentation, record keeping, and day-to-day back-office operations.

Handle banking activities, including cheque processing, deposits, withdrawals, and coordination with banks.

Process vendor payments, maintain payment records, and follow up on pending invoices and settlements.

Draft, manage, and respond to professional email communications and business correspondence.

Work closely with Directors to provide administrative and operational support.

Manage personal tasks, schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, and other executive assistance responsibilities.

Coordinate with external authorities, government offices, consultants, and vendors for various business requirements.
