BA - Transaction Banking

Job Description:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to understand and document business requirements.

• Analyze and improve end-to-end Payments and Transaction Banking customer journeys across mobile applications.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions across global teams.

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

• Perform gap analysis, impact assessment, process mapping, and business process improvement initiatives.

• Support Agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
