  • Minimum 35 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 12 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience managing a team of sales representatives, account executives, or business development professionals.
  • Experience in lead generation, account management, client acquisition, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.
