Qualifications

- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a team of sales representatives, account executives, or business development professionals.
- Experience in lead generation, account management, client acquisition, and business development.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, proposal preparation, and closing.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, and sales strategy development.
