Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → close
  • Generate new business through outbound efforts (cold calls, email, networking, events)
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities
  • Sell into technical and enterprise-level clients across industries including aerospace, defense, life sciences, AR/VR, machine vision, robotics, automotive, and advanced industrial applications
  • Represent Avantier at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to deliver solutions

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience (required)
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals independently
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation)
  • Excellent communication skills
