Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → proposal → negotiation → close
- Generate new business through outbound efforts (cold calls, email, networking, events)
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities
- Sell into technical and enterprise-level clients across industries including aerospace, defense, life sciences, AR/VR, machine vision, robotics, automotive, and advanced industrial applications
- Represent Avantier at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Collaborate with internal engineering and leadership teams to deliver solutions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience (required)
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals independently
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
- Strong outbound prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation)
- Excellent communication skills
