B2B Sales Enablement & QA Trainer — Hybrid (Makati)

Concentrix is seeking an experienced QA/Trainer to train our B2B sales team while handling QA duties as we scale. The role combines onboarding, coaching, and QA reviews to maintain messaging consistency and performance.

You will develop training materials, playbooks, and coaching frameworks, and work closely with Sales Management to close skill gaps. A hybrid setup is required, with three days onsite in Makati and two days WFH.
